Due to expansion, Syneos Health required the refurbishment of an existing office of 40,000 sq ft over 1 ½ floors. The project required a full strip out of existing office space and full Cat-B fit-out including a new generator providing full systems backup.

The communal spaces were also refurbished, with new toilets, lift lobbies, and external terraces. Security was a key requirement of the project and despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the project was delivered on programme and budget.
